OpsCommand is a private app used only by its owner. Sign-in is limited to the owner's email address. It has no other users, advertising or analytics.
Data the app uses
- Tasks, projects, calendar events, reminders and notes entered in the app.
- With the owner's permission, tasks from Google Tasks and events from Google Calendar, including titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions and completion status.
- A login token that lets the app keep syncing with Google, stored encrypted.
- Notification addresses for the owner's devices, used to deliver reminders.
How data is used and shared
Data is used only to show, sync and send reminders about the owner's own tasks and events. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
Data is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the app. Reminder text is delivered through the push service of the owner's browser. Nothing else is shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Google user data
OpsCommand's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and removing data
Data is kept until the owner deletes it. The owner can disconnect Google in the app's settings, or revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting removes the stored login token and doesn't delete anything from Google.
